Southern Discoveries wanted to ensure their guests received a consistent quality commentary experience on their Milford Sound Coach and Cruise experience.
The requirement was for guests to be able to enjoy a multilingual commentary in eight languages during the coach portion of the journey from Queenstown to Milford Sound.
