Skybus were looking for a technology that would automatically play arrival, departure and stop announcements in English, Mandarin and Spanish, for its Avalon Airport Express service.

The technology solution had to be bulletproof and work 24-hours a day, 7 days a week without fail to ensure passengers arriving or departing from Avalon Airport would always receive these essential announcements regardless of the time of day or night.

Having successfully implemented a Kruse global solution in its Auckland Airporter Service, Skybus had no hesitation in implementing the same Kruse solution in their fleet of Avalon Airport Express coaches.

The Kruse Global technology has continued to perform to Skybus’s stringent requirements all day, every day, since its initial implementation in late 2017, without incident.
