Rainbow Springs wanted a group-guiding solution that would enable any guide to be able to take a tour group of five mixed nationalities on a group guided tour of the Rainbow Springs Experience and in particular, the Kiwi Encounter and trigger commentaries at various points of the tour.

Using the KRUSE Tour Master, any guide can now provide their personalised English commentary as well as simultaneously trigger the playing of five different pre-recorded foreign language commentaries for the non-English speaking participants of the group-guided tour.
