Queenstown, New Zealand

Gray Line were looking for a wireless GPS multilingual commentary system for their daily Queenstown to Milford Sound tour. The traditional hard-wired commentary systems they had previously used had proven to be a restrictive solution. In particular, when a coach with a hard-wired commentary system is off the road for routine maintenance or downtime, another coach must be substituted on the run. If the substitute coach doesn’t have a hardwired commentary system, passengers miss out on the multilingual commentary experience until the normal tour coach can be returned to service.

Gray Line needed a solution that was completely wireless, fully portable and could be instantly up and running on any vehicle and would enable them to guarantee their multilingual commentary experience was available 365 days a year.

The only solution that could meet Great Sights requirements was the KRUSE Wireless GPS Multilingual Commentary system. With KRUSE on board, Gray Line can confidently guarantee their passengers a multilingual commentary experience 365 days a year.
