Jucy Group wanted to ensure their Japanese, Mandarin and Spanish guests received a consistent quality commentary experience on their Milford Sound Coach and Cruise experience.

The requirement was for guests to be able to enjoy a multilingual commentary during the coach portion of the journey from Queenstown to Milford Sound, then to seamlessly board the cruise ship wearing the same receivers to enjoy the cruise commentary around Milford Sound.
